Teaching on Winter Qur'anic Arabic Retreat

Ustadha Asia was born and raised in Lancashire. After completing her university studies she began to seek sacred knowledge. In 2006, as a result of her experience with Knowledgeseekers through participation on the Islamic Studies Course and support from course tutors she was blessed to enrol at the Institute Européen des Sciences Humaines in Château Chinon, France. Ustadha Asia spent two years learning classical Arabic and a further two years studying Islamic Sciences. Throughout this period, when returning home in the summer she facilitated and taught on short courses including the Islamic Studies and Quran Comprehensive course at the Knowledgeseekers Ramadan Retreat.

Asia returned to England in 2010 and continues to teach children and adults both in formal educational settings and community led initiatives. She is currently completing a PGCE and continues to learn as a student of sacred knowledge.
