KnowledgeSeekers are pleased to offer Qur'an Comprehensive course in association with  Birmingham Qur'an Academy with the aim to Learn, practice & Convey.

Completely transform your relationship with the Qur'an! Under the guidance of scholars, learn many suras of the Qur'an, perfecting your tajweed, and learn to understand the meaning of what you recite.

As Ramadhan is the Month of Qur’an, this course focuses on getting closer to God by making a stronger connection with His Word. Starting from learning to read it properly through Tajweed lessons, it takes the students through better understanding to committing more of the Qur’an to heart. The aim is to build a lifelong commitment to loving and living the Qur’an Kareem.

The course will include:

1. An introduction to Arabic grammar using Access to Qur'anic Arabic Students will also have the chance to learn the deeper meaning of a few (oft-repeated in prayers) surahs (chapters) of the Qur'an and non-Qur'anic Arabic used in the Salah (like tashshahud etc).
2. Hifz/memorisation: Guided and coached by experienced Hifz teachers, memorising the last part (juz Amma) in full or part.
3. Tajweed: We are trying our best to have male and female tajweed teachers for male and female students respectively for this part.
4. Calligraphy (to be confirmed): Learning to write Arabic in style. This is an optional module.
5. Listening to awesome and highly inspiring recitation by expert Qarees (reciters) in different melodies (maqamaat).

Access to Qur'anic Arabic (published by MELS Publications) set of books will be available for purchase at the course.
